To update the Modem driver program, please refer to the "Installation Guide" section. Released Version ---------------- Version 5.15B Initial release Summary of Changes ------------------ Where: Diskette version (for example, 1.00 means Version 1.00) (New) New function or enhancement (Fix) Correction to existing function (Restrictions) Remaining restrictions <5.15B> - (New) Support for ThinkPad 390, i series 1720 Installation Guide ------------------ (For OS/2) 1. Start OS/2. 2. Insert the Modem Driver Diskette for OS/2 into the diskette drive. 3. Double click on "OS/2 System". 4. Double click on "Command Prompts". 5. Double click on "OS/2 Window" or "OS/2 Full Screen". 6. Type "A:" and press Enter key. 7. Type "LTINST" and press Enter key. 8. Shutdown and restart the computer. Note: Before driver installation, you might need to use BIOS Setup Utility and need to confirm that the second interrupt of embedded modem has been assigned and does not conflict with other devices. You may need to temporarily disable one device which you are not going to use if no spare IRQ is available, for example, the Serial Port, Parallel Port or Infra Red.
