Getting Started
===============

Insert the "Adaptec EZ-SCSI Deluxe DOS/Win 3.1x Drivers Disk"
into your floppy drive, change to your floppy's drive letter,
and run DOSINST.BAT.
For example:

C:\> A:
A:\> DOSINST

Follow the instructions.

Getting Started
===============

1) Install the DOS version of EZ-SCSI first as described in the
DOS "Getting Started" section above. This will install
the CD-ROM drivers so that you can access your CD-ROM, under
Windows 3.1/3.11 and DOS.

2) Insert the "Adaptec EZ-SCSI CD-ROM" into your drive and run
SETUP.EXE. Follow the instructions.
If you do not own a CD-ROM drive you will need to order the floppy
replacement diskettes from the number mentioned in the section
"Contacting Adaptec".


When EZ-SCSI completes installation, it copies over a larger
readme.txt to your EZ-SCSI directory with information on
supported host adapters, peripherals and additional
compatibility issues.

DOS / WINDOWS 3.1/3.11 HOST ADAPTER DRIVERS (ASPI MANAGERS)

Under DOS or Windows 3.1/3.11, EZ-SCSI installs drivers (also called ASPI
Managers) to support Adaptec SCSI host adapters as specified in the list
below.
If you installed EZ-SCSI from Windows 3.1x, an online help file about these
drivers and the other drivers in EZ-SCSI was also installed.
To view this, select the Device Driver Reference icon.
