The framework can be downloaded from Microsoft Windows Update. When installing the Catalyst 7.2 drivers, you may encounter an error message after rebooting your PC. ATI acknowledges a bug in the Catalyst 7.2 drivers (see here), giving an error message of "mom.implementation or CCC.implementation" upon installation of the Catalyst 7.2 drivers.
