Icatch cams have problems with Vista 32bit and most don't work at all with Vista 64bit.
will need the full make and model number of your cam.

thank you so much Davey, the cam is not mine, it belongs to a friend of mine and he asked me to get him the driver for it. anyway, its Philips iCatch IV and thats all what I know about it, I have the Manual here with me and the CD, I tried to find the model # but its not there.
