I have been receiving an error message of "dvd is not empty or there is no disc in drive" from this DVD writer for some time now. I have read a thread on updating the driver, but I'm not sure this is the issue. Not able to burn anything on this drive as a result.

Any help would be appreciated.

XP home edition
1.5 RAM
Pentium 4
