My sister has purchased a Umax Scanner Astra 1200S and cannot get it to work with her Mac. She sent an email to Tech Support at Umax and they told her to download the driver. Can you tell us where to find the driver and which one would be the right one. She did buy Silverfast SE 6.0 which she thought was what she needed but it still didn't work. She gets a message that the scanner cannot be found. Any suggestions to get it going would be appreciated.
