i have a hp pc and i think the motherbord missing something. the pc shows reboot the device and press a key. if my motherboard is the problem if i change the motherboard can my pc work

this may not be a motherboard problem it could be a windows problem.
reinstall windows and see if it clears the fault.

how do you reinstall the windows?
