:( My DELL 4300 had a HD meltdown; re-installed SW, but now my Liteon LTD163 drive won't play DVD's. The error message claims no DVD decoder installed. I tried DELL, but no help there. Any advice from OUT THERE?

you install this AVS DVD decoder , it will be play the dvd for you....

try the power dvd trail much less bugs then the AVS DVD decoder

little tip as the decoder of power dvd gets used my windows media player you can still watch a dvd by media player long after power dvd trail runs out
