i have got windows vista premium hp pavillion db9000 and my epson stylus c42ux worked fine on xp but need to find a driver for vista as to use printer thanx in advance gunster

i just checked epson uk/usa
no driver download for this printer under windows vista which means it could be built in the o/s
the only thing i could find was a easy print software found here.

before you load that see if vista does have built in support which it should as that printer was out for xp.
go online.
plug the printer in and wait for the new hardware wizard to start.
do a auto search for the drivers.
windows vista will search both its database and windows update for a possible driver.
