if i were to install a game(eg Warcraft 3 or some other graphic intensive 3D game) in a 20GB external HDD that connects via USB 2.0 to the com with no other external power linkage,will the com be able to recognise the game within and play it successfully?would it work if i bring about the external HDD from com to com???provided the com has the necessary RAM,proccesor speed and graphic card...

the start exe file of the game will look for its program on what ever drive you set it up on,
however if you then swap or add another drive and it changes its drive letter say from d to e the game will not start as the startup exe will be looking for the program files on d
