I have no idea where to even start looking for how to check BIOS on a how to Dell Dimension XPS t800r computer that I recently installed Ubuntu to, and I want to be able to alter settings...I am not able to see exactly what version of BIOS I have or how to access it since my monitor really doesn't seem to like my new Dell POS...

If there is a way to figure it out in Ubuntu, please tell me!
