hello all,

i have done a fresh install of windows xp and forgot to back up my drivers ...i am really kicking myself now. ..


there is just a few missing, but most important is the network card .. .

so my question is how can i figure out which driver i need for the network card, do i have to take it out of the box ? ....is there a way to find out without doing that ? ...

i can download the driver and burn to disk from another computer, than put it in that computer to install the driver, so i am just lost on how to find the right one now ...


any help would be much appreciated !!!

see if everest picks up what card is in there.

with the program installed and running look in the left hand list for network.
open that and just click the icons in the main menu.
