A word of warning to anyone going to driverguide for help " don't "

I had problems with there driverguide toolkit software and asked for help.
the ever helpful mod jerry k told me.

.. no one forced you to load that junk. You did it all on your own. I can never understand why folks think that loading some junk a$$ed software will solve their problems. It only adds to the list of problems. I don't like that junk and I refuse to give anyone support for it or even mention it. You will have to manually uninstall it. It you don't know how, I suggest you take it to a pro who does.

After i snapped back he banned me so that just goes to show the level of support for members at  driveguide.
i will post this warning on every single computer help site i find.
the only reason i will allow this post to stay here is the fact i have seen some of the strange and twisted replys by that mod on driverguide.
i don't like some of the software on sites i do, ok i will admit i don't like that software but that won't stop me trying to help a member if i feel i can, a reply like that is just going to loose you members and make yourself look silly.

i will lock this topic as i don't want it to turn into a massive slag driverguide off board.
however if the admin feels different please delete it.
