hi i know that many people ask this but i realliy need help, i dont find the driver for starcam 370+ y found it here and in another pager, but when i tried to installed, appears a message and that message says tha instal wizard haver errors an i cant install the driver i really need help i dont kinow what happened i install another programs and that doesnt happenen only with this, can you help me with the driver for msi starcam 370+ for windows xp please?

i have a problem whith the driver that you give me for starcam 370+ when i try to install it appears an error in the setup.exe, this is in my computer but in another computer function very well i dont know why in my pc i cannot install it, can you help me again? please? :D

hi again, well the error that appears when i try to use the setup.exe says : InstalShield ® Setup Launcher has deteced a problem and must close. wel and in the error details say that the system dont recognize the product, i install it in another pc and no problem, but in my pc i cant install it, thank yo again.
Ok then, we now know that the problem isn't with the setup.exe but with your PC. Try booting into Safe Mode and installing it then. See how that goes. Also make sure you have scanned your PC fro virus and spyware. Remove any of those toolbars that like to install themselves etc. However, it might be quicker to save your data and do a clean install of your PC.
Try the Safe Mode option first and post back with the results.
i tried install it in a safe mode but it doesnt work i use my antivirus and spyware and clean it all but with another setup.exe from another programs function very well the installation of those programs the only problem is with the driver, maybe i cant install the driver because i have a program against bad intentionated software in my pc, i desinstall the antivirus and the spyware and it didnt function the setup.exe.
