Need driver for National Semiconductor DP83815-Based PCI Fast contoller. It does not work on Win Server 2003. The driver that I have works fine on Win XP Pro.

What is it installed under XP as?
Was this card working under XP?
Try moving it to a different PCI slot.
Change the BIOS to Plug and Play O/S.
Windows 2003 Server should detect and install a driver for this chipset.
