I have a dell c610 currently running on windows 2k i have the xp home now and went to install it i tried it with the computer booted up and inserted the disk it came up with the options and i clicked install xp! As soon as the installation window appeared an error message came up saying cant upgrade cant find the upgrade path. i then tried it by booting of the cd when turning on this didnt work and just carried on loading 2k.

Any more info neaded just say

Oh well doesnt matter i have pro as well just didnt no what the difference was so tried home instead
