i bought black and white 2 the other day and it says i need a video driver that can run atleast a 1.1 version of pixel shader. Where can i download one????????????????????????????????????????????????????:? :? :? :?

my pc is a dell dimension 2350
there is a whole list of model numbers at dell for the 2350 under video.
any idea what on board video you have?
now its not the driver that supports pixel shader its the card its self if you have a cheap onboard card it may well not support it.
you best bet is to enter you service tag number found on teh side or back of your dell here and see what drivers it calls up for your model.

i done that before and downloaded it all but it does still not work.
so what is the video card in the system ?
if the driver is installed you should be able to go into display settings and tell me what it is i can then tell you if the video card does support pixel shader
Its a intel ® 82845g/GL/GE/PE/GV graphics controller
and there is your problem the card does not fully support pixel shader 1.1

going by that listed it does not even fully support direct x 9.
intel have stopped support for this as well and the last driver done for it can be found here.

pixel shader is very common now even version 3 is finding its way into games your best bet is to get yourself a agp or pci card that supports it and turn off the intel onboard video
