and i was update this bois since 2 years ago to 6a815eq bios ver 2.2 03\28\2002
means my already bois is 6a815eq bois ver 2.2 03\28\2002
and when i go to update this bois didn't found linke to update
i want help to update ..

sorry but that don't help need that make and model number of your mother board.
Also, why do you think you need to update your BIOS?
