I have a computer that needed upgrading (it isnt mine I was fixing it up for someone) it had Windows ME, They said security was rubbish on that and the children were getting into there games (which are above there age) So I put Windows 2K on the PC, It is in a better state than it was, and runs nicely, I created all user names:

Administrator
Adult
Child

Administrator and Adult are, Administrators.

Child is a Restricted user name. And I used X-Teq Systems X-Setup to remove the Hard drive from showing up in My computer.

But then I relised that they can use Searchto find the games easily. HOW CAN I STOP THIS?

because they still have access

thanks in advance to anyone who knows

(I havent had much to do with the NT based Windows, So I am new to it)

Convert from FAT32 to NTFS and then impliment file security to stop the infringments.

Ah, I dont really like NTFS, And I dont really suppose I can get round it. So I will just have to put up with it, But what About my MS-DOS based games, They dont like NTFS do they?

I will see what happens when I try NTFS, There isnt anything to loose really, other than my games if they dont work in the modern file system.
