I have an ATI Radeon 9200 card, I also have Windows Server 2003, Standard installed on my computer. This is my new computer, BRILLIANT, 2GHZ CPU, 512MB ram, 6x100Gb HDD. DVD RW.

But when I try to install my VGA driver it says, it is windows NT driver, and it needs Windows NT service pack 4 for install. It says Windows NT service pack 4 is NOT installed, even though it is windows 2003.

however I know it is an NT Kernel, How can I bypass the NT SP4 or ABOVE detect and install the driver???

contact ati about the problem windows 2003 is not really for the home user, its very hard to find drivers for anything under windows 2003.

Get the XP driver and install it. Works 4 times out of 5.

Yes, I will contact ATI, Why did I not think of that?

It is a Multi OS driver, Do you think I could force it to install for XP instead of NT, perhaps using a HEX editor on the install program or something?

ste

why use a hex editor? jus try install it if it doesn't work then roll back the driver.
